Why VETFEST 2024

Why do we need a event such as VETFEST? In August, 2024 we were notified two weeks prior to our insurance renewal that the company we were insured by would no longer be offering Liquor Liability Insurance. The produced a scramble of obtaining quote from the available insurers in the state. Unfortunately, due to 2017 legislature and recent settlements from court proceedings, our premium went from approximately $11,000 per year (general and liquor liability) to almost $70,000.
