Because we do not currently have a full-time cook, the Post needs a South Carolina Food Manager Certificate holder to display their certificate and assist in auditing our food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. We need volunteers for food prep, cooking, serving, and general cleanup. If you are willing to help in any of these areas, please contact me. If you have ideas for dinners or meals you’d like to see, please share them with me or any House Committee member.
